One hundred and fifty-three large fish filled with fish.

One hundred and fifty-three large fish filled with fish.   John 21:8-11  『 And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it was two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes. As soon as they came to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread. Jesus said to them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught. Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. 』 The fish symbolizes Jesus Christ, and the net means being in Christ. The fish in the net symbolize the saints who have entered Christ. The sea symbolizes the law. And Simon Peter pulled the net onto land. The land, which is in contrast to the sea (the law), symbolizes the gospel. Those who were under the law were drawn into the gospel, and many fish were caught. The fact that the net was not torn is the fact that salvation is not cancele...

You have heard that it was said, “You shall not commit adultery.”

You have heard that it was said, “ You shall not commit adultery. ”   Matthew 5:27-28 “ Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.. ” In Exodus 20, the Ten Commandments were given, and in verse 14, it was said not to commit adultery. Accordingly, when adultery was committed, Deuteronomy 22:22-24 states, "If a man is found lying with a married woman, both of them shall die, the man who lay with her and the woman. You shall purge the evil from Israel. If a virgin woman is betrothed to a man, and a man finds her in the city and lies with her, you shall take them both out to the gate of your city and stone them to death. The virgin, because she did not cry out while she was in the city, and the man, because he humbled his neighbor's wife. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst." Based on this...

Do not muzzle the ox that treads out the grain

Do not muzzle the ox that treads out the grain   1 Corinthians 9:5-10  『 Do we not have the right to take along with us the other apostles and the brothers of the Lord and Cephas, our sisters in the faith? Or do I and Barnabas not have the right not to work? Who will serve in the army at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat its fruit? Who tends a flock and does not drink the milk of the flock? Do I speak this according to human customs? Or does not the law also say this? In the law of Moses it is written,  ‘ You shall not muzzle the ox that treads out the grain. ’  Does God take care of the oxen? Does he not speak for our sakes? Indeed, it was written for our sakes, that the one who plows should plow in hope, and the one who threshes should thresh in hope of being partakers. 』 Deuteronomy 25:4 "You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain." It is natural for an ox to eat while plowing the field. Whether it is a soldier or a...

Metaphor of marriage system

Metaphor of marriage system   In Mark 10:6-9,  “ But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. ”  For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. 』 Here,  『 from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female 』  In Greek,  ἀ π ὸ   δ ὲ   ἀ ρχ ῆ ς   κτί σεω ς   ἄ ρσεν   κα ὶ   θ ῆ λυ   ἐ ποί ησεν  α ὐ τούς  Here,  ἀ π ὸ  (apo: from)  δ ὲ  (de: conjunction)  ἀ ρχ ῆ ς  (arche: first)  κτί σεω ς  (kriteos: of creation). If we translate this again, it should be,  “ male and female he made them ” . The first creation is Adam (human). Since both man and human are named Adam, there can be errors in translation. In other words, God created man first and separ...

Gethsemane Prayer

Gethsemane Prayer   John 17:11  『 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name(En to onomati number) those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. 』 Jesus died on the cross and returned to the original kingdom of God. The disciples are in the world, and they ask to be preserved in the name of the Father.  『 En to onomati su ( ἐ ν   τ ῷ   ὀ ν ό ματ ί   σου ) 』  means to be preserved in the name (ho logos) that you possess. Those who are in Christ, the Word, are being preserved by God the Father. That is why the saints become one with God, and the saints become one with each other. This is the theory of the Trinity. John 17:14  『 I have given them thy word (ton logon number); and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 』 Those who live by the word of Ho Logos (those who believe in the cross and ...

In order to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit

In order to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit   Baptism is a ritual of going into water and coming out. In John 3:5, Jesus said,  “ Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot see the kingdom of God. ”  Water does not mean washing away sins, but symbolizes the death of the body of sin. In other words, going into water means dying in union with Jesus who died on the cross. In Romans 6:4,  “ Therefore we were buried with him through baptism into death, in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, even so we too should walk in newness of life. ” Coming out of the water symbolizes resurrection. Romans 6:5 says,  “ For if we have been united with him in the likeness of his death, we will certainly also be united with him in the likeness of his resurrection. ”  Being united with resurrection is called the baptism of the Holy Spirit. However, those who are baptized today do not know exactly about the ...

Jesus heals a man who was blind from birth

Jesus heals a man who was blind from birth   John 9:1-3 『 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. 』 In this question, the disciples asked Jesus, "Is it because of sin that a person was born blind?" In other words, is it because of the sin of his parents or his own sin? The body of sin is passed down from the parents. However, this does not mean that sin is passed down, but that the body containing sin is passed down from the first man, Adam. "His own sin" means that there was already some sin before birth. It refers to the original sin committed in the kingdom of God. It is the crime of evil angels who did not keep their position. Therefore, God confined the spirits that committed sin in the body. The spirits ...
